- Delivered multiple leadership development sessions for corporate staff and select branch locations for DHL Air and Ocean, global leader in logistics and parcel delivery. Components included situational leadership, business strategy, action coaching, performance management and strategic account relationships.
- Designed and facilitated Senior Executive retreat for Nissan Motor Manufacturing with theme of "Leading Change, Living with Change" following news of pending acquisition by Renault, a larger global competitor. Focus was on successful behaviors and mindsets accompanying change within leadership and throughout reporting units.
- Facilitated session on "Lessons in Strategic Leadership" to Executive Council for Schering-Plough as they faced patent expiration in key branded products and commercial disappointment on introduction of generics.
- Keynoted conferences hosted by Center for Creative Leadership and Oxford University Symposium on Social Values in Management with "The Accidental Leader".
- Co-created Consulting Skills "curriculum" for IBM, delivering multiple iterations of program followed by individual coaching of select leadership participants.
- Designed and conducted multiple sessions on leadership for major accounts such as Pfizer, Carrier Latin America, General Dynamics, Nortel, Alexandria, Egypt Steel and Metals and Aventis.
